Our Team at Rally Point West Palm Beach

The number one priority at Rally Point is to provide our clients with the best clinical and medical care possible. This is achieved by only employing the top individuals in the alcohol and drug addiction treatment industry. With hundreds of years of combined experience, the staff at Rally Point is competent, qualified and well trained in dealing with issues involving drug and alcohol addiction. We work tirelessly to provide individualized care and to give clients the best chance at achieving long-term success in recovery.


Medical Director

Dr. Rogers completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Hahnemann Medical College Hospital (Philadelphia) in 1982 and joined the faculty at Temple University Medical School as Associate Director of Family Medicine. Following his tenure there he was named as director of Underwood-Memorial Hospital’s Family Medicine Residency Program and served there five years before opening his private practice. As a family physician for over three decades, he has seen firsthand the impact addiction has on people and their families. In the past, he was medical director of an inpatient detox treatment center in Camden, New Jersey. Dr. Rogers is a current member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and he continues to work with patients and families throughout their recovery, even after completing their rehabilitation treatment program.


Clinical Director

Shira Caswell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Addictions Professional and Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has her B.S. in Psychology from Florida State University and her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Barry University. Shira has worked in the behavioral health and addiction fields for over twenty years. She believes all people deserve to be treated with respect and dignity and have the power within themselves to reach their potential and sometimes can use support in doing so. Shira is passionate about creating a peacefully united world, abundant with love and inspiration, where everyone gets that they matter.



Primary Therapist

Hailey received her Bachelor of Science in Counseling from Lesley University and her Master of Arts in Holistic Counseling from Salve Regina University. Originally from Rhode Island, she joins the Rally Point team with experience working in both supervisory and clinical counseling positions in a variety of healthcare settings over the last seven years. Hailey embodies the philosophy of treating and healing all aspects of an individual’s life; mind, body, and spirit. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques, including CBT, DBT, MI, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Body-Centered Psychotherapy. Her goal is to meet the unique needs of each client to encourage self-awareness, facilitate self-efficacy, and foster a positive sense of self.


Group Facilitator

Andrew is a Certified Addictions Counselor in the State of Florida.  A New Jersey native that has been calling South Florida home. He has worked in the substance abuse and mental health field since 2006 and has experience at a variety of the levels of care offered.  He has worked in detox, inpatient, the acute care psychiatric crisis unit, outpatient, and the transitional living settings. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with him. Andrew shows a true compassion for helping those who suffer from addiction and possesses the skill set to treat this condition.  He has held positions as behavioral/mental health tech, primary counselor, and administrative director.   Andrew believes in focusing on the here and now to implement change effectively and immediately to bring about a better quality of life.  He believes sobriety and this healthier way of life can be achieved through hard, honest work and a willingness to be open to the process.


Art Therapist

Marla is a Registered Art Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Eagala Advanced Certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. She works with people struggling with addiction to understand their path forward and grow into their true selves. She is also a local and national presenter on experiential therapies, trauma, grief and loss. Marla has worked in the substance abuse field for over 15 years providing experiential therapies – art therapy, sandtray therapy and equine assisted psychotherapy.  She has seen firsthand how insight and growth become reality when clients create in addition of talk.


Registered Dietitian

Ali is a graduate of Temple University and a board certified music therapist practicing in South Florida since 2014. Her experience is primarily in the field of addiction recovery and mental health and she is currently working towards her CAP (Certified Addiction Professional) credential.



Rebecca is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies from Samford University and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy at Azusa Pacific University. She joins the Rally Point team with experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family therapy as well as substance abuse counseling. Rebecca is passionate about restoring hope and facilitating healing for individuals and families impacted by addiction.

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Alexis received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University and is currently certified as both a Family and Addictions Nurse Practitioner. She has extensive experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with addiction and maintains an evidenced-based understanding that addiction is a chronic disease as opposed to a lack of willpower; a very common and unfortunate misconception. Alexis believes in a holistic and integrative approach to recovery and recognizes the importance of not only treating the substance abuse but also an individual’s physical and mental health. She believes that the family atmosphere and comprehensive, personalized approach to treatment are the key aspects that set Rally Point apart from other rehabilitation centers.


Registered Dietitian

Angela has had a diverse career in the field of dietetics since becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2010. After earning a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Georgia, she has held positions in the clinical, research and substance abuse rehabilitation settings. Angela has a passion for providing people with the tools necessary to become the best version of themselves because she believes that a healthy mind and body are essential to living life to its fullest. Outside of her work, Angela loves tennis, playing the piano and chasing after her two young boys.


Program Supervisor

Robert struggled with addiction for years and when he got clean and sober, he knew that he wanted to help others battling the same illness. Robert has been working in the addiction field for the last 5 years and has held many positions in the industry ranging from client services manager to admissions coordinator. With a passion for client care, Robert wants to bring his knowledge of treatment and addiction to a small, family focused treatment center where it will benefit clients the most. Robert takes pride in exemplifying what it means to me a man in recovery and is excited to do so at Rally Point.



Program Coordinator

Ashley has always had a passion for helping people.  Her beginnings in customer service allowed her to interact with people, but once she began working in the recovery industry she knew this was her calling. Ashley is an avid dog lover and has a new puppy named Louie and 3 year old husky goldendoodle named Dax.  Needless to say, Ashley is extremely excited that Rally Point has Judge the therapy dog!  Ashley is thrilled to be a member of the Rally Point team and to grow along with the company.


Therapy Dog (In Training)

Judge is a rescue dog who came to Rally Point after an intense 12 weeks of training with the Pawsitive Direction Program. Based out of the Okeechobee Correctional Institution, this program uses inmate handlers to provide dogs with behavioral and social training. Judge has continued his work at Rally Point and is on track to become a Certified Therapy Dog. He is in the office every weekday and loves interacting with everyone he meets.
